Session OPtions

  • You may choose a single session or a multi-session package, depending on the level of support you’re seeking. A complimentary consultation is available if you’d like to connect before scheduling—this allows space to ask questions, learn more about TRE®, and ensure it feels like the right fit for you.

    Session Options

    • Empowerment through TRE® (5-Session Package) — $625

    • Resilience through TRE® (3-Session Package) — $450

    • Discovery through TRE® (Single Session) — $175

    With each package, your first session is a 90-minute introductory session, followed by 75-minute sessions for all remaining appointments.

  • One-on-one Kundalini Yoga sessions come in a Package of 3 and each session is 60 minutes long:

    ❖ Clarity through Kundalini Yoga (3 Sessions) - $225

  • Release & Receive: Kundalini Yoga & TRE® for Nervous System Reset

    Group Experience on Feb. 28th at Affirmations of Wellness in Oceanside, CA

    Wellness Events for your corporate office, police/fire department, etc. start at $45/person, but price is negotiable depending on group size and other factors. Feel free to contact me with any questions about setting up an event!
